With over two decades of leadership across the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors, Adam Helton brings a wealth of operational insight and field-tested experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer. His career has been built on a foundation of safety, quality, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction—principles that directly align with the needs of today’s fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Adam is passionate about helping companies overcome workforce challenges by delivering dependable, high-performing personnel for temp, temp-to-hire, and direct placement needs. He thrives on finding new ways to add value for clients, ensuring operations stay efficient, productive, and fully staffed—even in the most demanding conditions.

Outside of work, Adam finds his greatest joy in spending time with his wife and two children and serving in his local church. His faith and family are constant reminders of the importance of integrity, service, and purpose in everything he does.

Erica serves as the Recruiting Manager at Industrial Labor Solutions and brings more than 10 years of staffing experience to her role.  Throughout her career, she has successfully recruited for light industrial, skilled trades, and manufacturing positions while building strong teams and lasting partnerships.

Erica specializes in developing genuine customer relationships and tailoring staffing solutions to meet each company’s unique workforce needs.  She is equally passionate about connecting with candidates, learning what matters most to them, and helping them find opportunities they can truly feel excited about. 

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and 14-year-old son and running a vintage and antique business with her Mom.  She is also a football enthusiast – especially when she is cheering on her son from the sidelines – and loves watching him perform jazz.
